Terms of Service
All ProAutotronics items are priced in United States dollars. ProAutotronics accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards. ProAutotronics reserves the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide the requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be applied.
Acceptance of Orders
The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. ProAutotronics reserves the right to request additional information for verification prior to the acceptance of any order. ProAutotronics reserves the right upon acceptance and process of any order to refund full or partial payment.
Shipping Address Information
ProAutotronics cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. ProAutotronics reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses or P.O. boxes.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, all items are warranted for 14 days from date of purchase. Warranties honoured with proof of professional installation only. Warranty does not include misuse, abuse or faulty installation of any product, nor does it cover any other damage not related to defective parts.
Return Policy
The liability of ProAutotronics for any losses or damages arising out of any cause whatsoever is limited to full or partial refund of the purchase price, or at our option replacement of the product(s). ProAutotronics shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Any accepted return item by ProAutotronics will be for credit only and will be subject to shipping and handling charges. Shipping is not refundable.
Typographical Errors
ProAutotronics is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing. In the event of a pricing error ProAutotronics will contact you via email with the correct pricing information.

ProAutotronics collects personal information online including names, postal and email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information and vehicle information such as vehicle identification numbers. We will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it was submitted such as to reply to your emails, handle your order, and process billing and business related requests.
