Do your products come with a warranty?
A:
Of course! We warrant our ballast products to be free of defect for a period of two years from the date of manufacture, and one year from the date of manufacture on mechanical or constructed parts. Visit our Legal page to read more or give us a call for full details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Typically (and for standard product orders) our normal manufacturing period is 10 business days for lighting products, and 15 business days for sign products from the date of ordering. Different variables may affect this standard period from time to time and we will advise you at the time of ordering.

Just let us know and we can help you determine whether your product is within the warranty period. Please view our Product Warranty Policy for more details. Your fixture failure may be just a simple issue that we can help you correct over the phone. Have you checked your power and lamp first?
